Delivery Options
We offer delivery across Jamaica using the following options:
Knutsford Express Saver (Pickup Point Delivery)
- Flat Fee:Â JMD $900
- Packages are dispatched on Saturdays only
Once shipped, your package will be available for pickup the following day (typically by midday or later) at your stated Knutsford location.
Knutsford Express (Pickup Point Delivery)
- Flat Fee:Â JMD $1400
- Packages are dispatched the Next-Day
Once dispatched, your package will be available for pickup the following day (typically by midday or later) at your stated Knutsford location.
Zipmail Saver (Post Office Delivery)
- Flat fee: JMD $900
- Packages are dispatched on Fridays only
Delivery timelines depend on your local post office, but packages will generally be ready between Tuesday and Wednesday.
Zipmail (Post Office Delivery)
- Flat fee: JMD $1200
- Packages are dispatched Next-Day
Delivery timelines depend on your local post office, but packages are generally ready within 1 -2 business days.
Portmore Delivery (Door-to-Door)
- Flat fee: JMD $850
- The package is dispatched the next business day.
This option provides direct, door-to-door delivery.
Spanish Town Delivery (Door-to-Door)
- Flat fee: JMD $900
- The package is dispatched the next business day.
This option provides direct, door-to-door delivery.
Kingston Delivery (Door-to-Door)
- Flat fee: JMD $900
- The package is dispatched the next business day.
This option provides direct, door-to-door delivery.
Important Delivery Information
No Additional Fees on Delivery
All delivery fees paid at checkout are final.
- You will not be required to pay anything additional upon delivery
- The only exception is Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where you will pay your order total upon delivery
Order Processing Time
Direct Payments
Orders paid directly (online payment) are typically processed on the next business day, where applicable.
For delivery methods with scheduled dispatch days (e.g., Tuesdays and Thursdays), orders will be processed in line with those schedules.
Bank Transfers
Orders paid via bank transfer will be processed once payment has been verified by reflection in our account.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery orders require written confirmation of availability on the morning of the scheduled delivery day before the order is dispatched.
If confirmation is not received, processing may be delayed.
Changes to Payment Method
If you need to update your payment method after placing an order, we’re happy to assist:
- Switch from bank transfer to COD (or vice versa)
- Request a direct payment link if you prefer to pay online
Contact us, and we will make the necessary updates to your order.
If there are any unexpected closures, we will communicate updates regarding your order.
Dispatch & Tracking Updates
Knutsford & Zipmail Orders
- Packages are typically sent off on the respective dispatch days
- Once dispatched, we receive the shipping receipt from our bearer
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details
Bearer Delivery (Direct Delivery)
- We are unable to guarantee an exact time for delivery
- We strongly recommend keeping your phone nearby on your delivery day
The bearer will contact you when your delivery is next.
Address Accuracy (Important)
For bearer deliveries, please ensure your address is clear and complete.
- Use Address Line 2 to include:

- Building name
- Landmark or additional directions

- Post Office (Port Antonio P.O)

This helps ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Additional Notes
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on the bearer & courier operations
- If an order is misdelivered, you will need to pay an additional fee to the courier for rerouting it. Orders not collected from pickup locations may require additional arrangements for redelivery. Contact the courier.Â
