Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fragrances, body oils, or any openable cosmetic items.

Our products are not sealed, which means once an item has been delivered, we cannot guarantee that it has not been opened or tampered with. For this reason, returns cannot be accepted. This is standard practice within the fragrance and cosmetics industry.


What qualifies for a refund?

We will only offer a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • Your order arrived damaged

What if I don’t like the scent?

We understand that fragrance is personal. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference or if you do not like our version of a fragrance.

What should I do if my item is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately upon collection/opening.

You must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage
  • Evidence that the issue occurred upon delivery

Once verified, we will proceed with a refund or replacement.


How are refunds issued?

Approved refunds are issued via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your banking details so we can process the refund promptly.
