If you create a members account on this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details so as to prevent any unauthorized access to your account. With this account you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that happen on your account. If you are younger than 18 years, please use our website with parental guidance. Designer Scents JA reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Due to some limitations, some products may vary in color and packaging from the image displayed on this site. We will notify you of any drastic changes prior to shipping your order.

 

ORDER REQUIREMENTS

There is no minimum order requirement for individual sale. 

 

WHOLESALE

For Wholesale, there must be a minimum purchase of 12 for each size selected. Please add 12 or more travel sprays or 12 or more regular sprays and use coupon code WHOLESALE12 for 30% off.

PAYMENT METHODS

Bank Transfer 

We accept bank transfers to our NCB or Scotiabank account. The bank information is provided once you select manual payment as your payment method. If for any reason we need to issue a refund, we will request your bank information and have it transferred to you.

 

Cash on Delivery

We accept cash on delivery for orders being delivered by a bearer in Portmore, Spanish Town, and Kingston. If for any reason we need to issue a refund we will request your bank information and have it transferred.

Lynk

We accept digital payments via Lynk. Our only Lynk name is @jovineb

​

PayPal 

You may create a free PayPal account and add your debit or credit card, after which you may use PayPal as your payment method. 10% should be added to all totals to cover PayPal transaction fees.

 

POMOTIONS

• Only one promotional offer can be applied to an order. This means you may not redeem two or more discount/coupon codes at once.

• Promotional codes also does not apply to orders that have already been discounted. There are instances where an error in the system may cause this to happen. In those instances, we will cancel your order with an explanation once you have not already paid for your order. If your order was already paid for, we will indicate to you the balance remaining on your order. 

• We do offer online promotions at varying times. Look out for promo codes to redeem great discounts at checkout. 

 

SHIPPING INFO

Please provide your correct name, phone number, email address and exact delivery location. For Zipmail/Knutsford Express, please state the name of the exact post office or Knutsford branch.

We deliver to areas outside of Kingston & Portmore via Knutsford Express and Zipmail. 

​

Knutsford Express

Orders are dropped off either the same day or the next day not including Sundays. Once drop off is complete we will email, direct message or WhatsApp you a copy of the tracking details.

 

Zipmail

Please note not all post offices are eligible for Zipmail packages. If your community post office is not on the list we will send your package to the main office closest to you. Please also note, that your post office may be on the list, but the route from our post office may not cover your area. We will reach out if there is an issue and no alternative was provided.

Drop off is completed the same or next day not including weekends. Once drop off is complete, we will send you a copy of the tracking number via email, direct message or WhatsApp.

 

Bearer

Deliveries are done in Portmore, Spanish Town and Kingston using our preferred bearers. Depending on your distance away from Half Way Tree delivery fee will increase from $700 - $1200. When you enter your delivery location you will see all the options that apply to you.

 

Pickup

Available with exception. We will reach out via email regarding pickup.

 

SAMPLE POLICY

Once available, a complementary sample is given with each order. You may request a sample, but unfortunately, we are not able to offer or guarantee the request. 

 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our scented products, we have a "no return" policy. This means that all sales on scented products are final. However, we encourage you to contact us with your query or concern and we will advise you accordingly.

 

If you’re trying a fragrance for the first time, please seek advice or google it to learn more about it before you buy.

 

CANCELLATION

For online payments, you may cancel an order only if it has not yet been paid for. 

 

We begin processing cash on delivery orders almost immediately as the shipping for thse are usually same, latest, next day. Therefore, we highly request that you do not place an order for cash on delivery if you have any doubts about your availability for delivery.
